Flow Results from a 205 Rallye

Rallye Friends.

This is the result from the flow test of the 205 cylinder head. The red line is the flow from a standard inlet port. The blue line is the result from the modified head. Improvement is something like 15%.

C'est le résultat de l'essai d'écoulement de la culasse 205. La ligne rouge est l'écoulement d'un orifice d'entrée standard. La ligne bleue est le résultat de la tête modifiée. L'amélioration est quelque chose comme 15%.

Hi Oliv,

The Tu24 Cylinder head has been Gasflowed on a professional flowbench (Superflow).

The graph above represent the flow of one of the inlet port based on various lifts of the valve.

For an unmodified port (the red line) you can see that the flow stops increasing at about 10mm.

The blue line is my specially prepared cylinder head. Here you can see that the flow is much more then the standard curve but still drops off at 10.4mm.


The straight lines are the bare flow figures without the valve in. (before and after the preparation)
