205 Rallye Club de France

Hello
I have a peugeot 205 1.9 rallye and from a week ago i have this problem
the engine doesn't push well at all...
it goes 5000rpm when no gear, and in first and second gear 4000rpm and then 2500-3000rpm
...max speed ~120km/h

i have changed fuel filter

can anyone help ?

lately those days i have a annoing problem witch my car:
the engine refuse to start...i can hear the electro-motoeur that revs the engine and nothing...
if i push the car, it starts very easy, and then if i stop the engine and try to start it again...it starts
if i leave it stopped for more ...
