carburettor manifold gasket

Hi, I wondered whether anyone can help with finding this plastic gasket which connects the carb to the inlet manifold?



The one in my car has small cracks in it and they seem very hard to find a replacement in the UK!

Caution to the rigid gasket. Well keep silent-bloc with lower support.


Very difficult in France also.
Reconstruction is being studied by Peugeot classic.

Thanks for that. I will try this metal one. I assume the lower support is already on the car as standard? I haven't looked under mine properly yet!

Hi Jean, do you know if this definitely fits to the Solex addhe 40? Just about to order them

Yes it is !
This is the same between Solex Addhe and Weber 40

Now with the new metal gasket on!




Now just need to sort out the sticking throttle. Possibly will be a full carb re-build.

Thanks, yes they are aluminum, not sure exactly which type but could be 7075 as you say. I made up paper gaskets. Runs much better now
